By using Threadly, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

Threadly is an open-source Android application designed to help users organize their emails into "Clubs" and threaded conversations.

2. No Warranty

Threadly is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

3. Third-Party Services

Threadly interacts with third-party services such as Google (for email fetching via IMAP) and OpenRouter (for optional AI features).

• Your use of Google services through Threadly is governed by Google's Terms of Service.
• If you provide an OpenRouter API key, your usage of AI features is governed by OpenRouter's Terms of Service.
• You are responsible for any charges or limits incurred on your third-party API accounts.

4. Open Source License

Threadly's source code is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to view, modify, and distribute the code in accordance with the terms of the MIT License.
